All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window — You may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Return — Email support@peacefulpout.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide a prepaid return label. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Refunds — Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items — If your product arrives damaged, email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges — We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Gift Cards — Digital gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
